Eh why would a lesbian be Muslim and anti gay rightsShe is an actual murtad. Like she’s disbelieved and is a self proclaimed gay rights believer who has been corrupted by secularism. No harm in calling people what they actually are

Victim mentalityYall love hating on smart women
If I ever talk back to my older sisters I get annihilatedYeah i tried finding her tiktok video but its been awhile. She made a slide show of wht was happening and now she lives by herself i think. I blame the parents cuz why tf are u not stopping the abuse like especially when she pretty much raised him and changed his diapers....like ?? Other somali families tht ive met usually have some type of respect for the older daughter.
I don't think that's what she's criticising. She's criticising brothers who grow up and immediately assume they have authority over the women in the house, even when their older. This is less common in Somali households though, I see it mostly in asian and arab households. Somali households don't really care about what their women do after they grow up.Lol my mum dad would say to me whenever he left the house or had to go away for a while that I was the aabo of the house.....
Somali dhaqan the elder siblings be it a guy or a girl look out for their younger siblings. Physical abuse isn't right, but an elder sibling especially when there is an age gap can advice and guide their younger siblings no problem.
Alien to Liberal and secular culture tho...
Do older brothers not have some authority over their younger sisters? I certainly feel like my older sister has authority over me because she is olderI don't think that's what she's criticising. The premise is I want to engage in unislamic behaviour and if my brothers try to step in, they are control freaks and are trying to strip me of my autonomy. It doesn’t start off that way but once the video is over that’s what she is sayingWhy are ya'll disagreeing with the premise though? The amount of "muslim" brothers who engage in highly disrespectful behaviour towards their sometimes even older sisters is insane. And majority of the time, these people are jobless bums who do nothing while their sister is out working. Muslim women deserve independence and shouldn't be subjected to this stalker ass behaviour.
I don't think that brothers have the right to do that. Parents get the final say. And If the person is grown let them make their own decisions. The premise is I want to engage in unislamic behaviour and if my brothers try to step in, they are control freaks and are trying to strip me of my autonomy. Fatherless childrenHer bros are based enough to tell her to act respectable and not be out late but can't deal with her accordingly for being a gaal.![]()
Only if the parent is absent. And after adulthood, it should just be guidanceDo older brothers not have some authority over their younger sisters? I certainly feel like my older sister has authority over me because she is older
That's way too far especially considering his elder sister practically raised him.mind u she talked about one of her athiests brothers now going bak to the closet and trying to get a muslim girl lol but idk if this is the same brother shes talking about. Either way i feel for girls who get beat by their brothers. Tht shit is insane. This other british somali girl tiktoker left her home cuz of it and it was her younger brother. Like wtf a younger sibling beating u up and parents being cool with it.
I just think they're too damn soft on her.Fatherless children
Imam shafici says if one had publicly professed faith then later publicly rejected and failed to repent when asked to do so, they are a murtad. The public profession of faith is what makes someone legally a MuslimTechnically, she isn’t a murtad because, to be considered one, she would have had to genuinely believe in Islam at some point in her life. She explained that she merely followed her parents’ way of life and acted Muslim to avoid being shunned or disowned. Personally, I wouldn’t even call her an ex-Muslim or a murtad since she never truly believed in Islam to begin with.
she has a murtad older brother she doesn’t get along with, he literally laughed at his father when asked if he was fasting and he spouts sam harris, what’s wrong with her parents for having more than one murtad children
I was watching and thinking maybe this is an issue and maybe there is some type of abuse but at the end she goes on to list examples and she’s starts talking about older brothers shouldn’t be commenting on your clothing choices or asking you why you are coming late at night
I'm pretty sure she was abused by her parents. Thank God she's not south asian or arab, they would've honour killed her already.I just think they're too damn soft on her.
So just the public profession makes you a muslim but what if the person is lying or if they were forced to say their muslim to avoid pursecution? Thats very interestingImam shafici says if one had publicly professed faith then later publicly rejected and failed to repent when asked to do so, they are a murtad. She most likely isn't unless you count being told to not wear booty shorts as abuseI'm pretty sure she was abused by her parents. Thank God she's not south asian or arab, they would've honour killed her already.
Still treated as Muslim. There’s an explicit Hadith where a sahabi killed a man who said the shahadah in battle before he was about to be killed. The shahabi made the argument that he was just saying it to avoid death but the prophet didn’t accept it as a valid argumentSo just the public profession makes you a muslim but what if the person is lying or if they were forced to say their muslim to avoid pursecution?
