It even mentions right there and then that Somaliland will be independent meaning no more British rule(this can not be misconstrued as having been recognized) for just 5 days before they will join Somalia to form greater Somali state

Before the negotiations with the British began, Egal and his group already knew once South Somalia gained independence from the UN, they would be uniting.

It was pre planned which is why the blue flag was hoisted in Hargeisa on June 26th 1960 and 5 days later Egal and his co were in Mogadishu to officially unite with the South

Stop running around in circles bro what is wrong with you? Republic?? It was a protectorate at that time not a republic and the deal with Southern Somalia was a separate deal where Italian Somaliland and British Somaliland went into union. Don't confuse the two.
