Then this makes no sense. If he had money bak home and a thriving business i can see why he would want ur siblings over there. For education, Kenya and the other english speaking African countries are better if your siblings come bak to America it would be better if they went to those english speaking countries so they wont lose the language

Tell him tht Somalia isnt safe right now. So the best thing for him to do is have a back up plan(America). Tell him its best for their education and future career if they get education from another country. Ask him wht type of future does he want for them?? Lets say they finish school in Somalia. Wht type of opportunities are there? If there isnt much then say how they should finish their studies in America. Idk ur dad but if he wants a good future for them then maybe it will work.

Don't go. Life in somalia is boring as hell and dangerous and unorganized at the same time. You will hate the local food and the constant food poisoning. If you move to africa to live there for a long time as a somali you should just move to kenya or tanzania. Way more developed, safer and less boring.
