where in France do you live? It depends where you live. America is not all it’s cracked up to be. There are racial tensions, fear of the police, high crime. You’re always looking over your shoulder about some crazy nut mass shooting where you are. Health care sucks! The fact that guns are so accessible to anyone and everyone is scary. Education is crazy expensive where it will literally put you in debt before you even start your life. And did I mention healthcare suck, and if you get sick you’ll pay up the yin yang for your meds.

France is large and they also have lots of places under their control. You have access to all those places. I travelled to the town of Avian once and fell in love with it, to be honest it’s my favourite place in France. Paris sucks now. Anyway, they have lots of jobs in tourism industry.
I know you are probably seeing negatives all around you, but if you expand your options you may find it that the grass is not always green on the other side.

France has an issue with Islam. You won't have to worry about being a Muslim in America. Healthcare and guns are an issue but the good far outweighs the bad.
