My vision for the somali republic

I would like to see a somali republic with two federal states, Somaliland and somalia. Presidency would be rotated between the two in first few years and then a democratic system one man one vote.

New constitution, supreme Court, new capital (rich cities that can stand on their own shouldn't be capitals, thus ceerigabo should be the new somali republic capital)

New legislation banning anyone over 55 from holding Public office, we don't need the cancer that is somali elders.

Closer ties with progressive nations especially Scandinavia, South Korea, Iceland, Singapore.

Economic policy that promotes individual Enterprises, competition.

The cleaning up of the somali culture, removing all foreign influences.

Creation of a armed forces that are trained, indoctrinated, molded with
somalism.

Focus on Industrialisation, infrastructure and development.

Any leader must hold masters degree.

I have no problem with relations with Israel or anyone north Korea. But as I said, Scandinavia and south east Asia should be first and foremost

I would only support a federal greater somalia if it included all somali territories, otherwise it's not worth it and will almost certainly lead to problems quite quickly (not that that hasn't happened already).

Focusing on infrastructure and development makes sense. Forging ties with countries other than the usual exploitation hives like gulf arab states and hegemonic western states like the US also makes sense.

Irradicating 'foreign influence' in somali culture is lunacy and impossible to enforce, or even do, to begin with. A waste of time and money for a gov to engage in that nonsense.

Banning anyone above 55 from public office is obviously discriminatory, 55 is also not that old so wtf anyway. There are many people of 55 and older who can make excellent contributions to public life. Similarly having a masters degree will not magically make an individual competent or knowledgable. These should be the standards for holding public office.

'Indoctrinating' soldiers wreaks of fascism and other unsavory things.
Patriotic soldiers needn't be indoctrinated at all. They should be trained for their fucking job. This is the dumbest point.

I would add that finances should be made extremely transparent to ward off corruption. Perhaps even the taxes individuals pay should be made public.

A law should be passed preventing foreign companies from seizing undue control over the countries natural resources. Financial transparency would help with this.

Warabee perhaps ban qabil? It's the rot of all evil in Somalia. It should be thought in our schools because it's a part of our history. But we should eliminate it from our culture. It should be a thing of the past.
