You don’t have to build a house, simply keep the land barren. Sometimes if it’s in a prime spot, a buisness like dahabshiil for example will contact to rent the land space because it’s in a busy city center.
My dad bought land when it was barren and later on it became a busy spot for business so he makes a little rent from it but when he bought it it was 3k and now it’s 500k sooo
