@Angelina, do you like being a career woman? I don't like being a career man. I am exiting the workforce very soon for self employment because careers are soul crushing, especially in high paying roles. Do you honestly like dealing with employees and navigating their crazy personalities? You know, the higher the ladder you climb, the more psychos you deal with. Its not sustainable, even for men. I am probably the most liberal Somali guy on the planet and even I can see how terrible it is for women to be career focused.

My hooyo (temporarily) and women relatives were/are businesswomen and I would have not wanted them to deal with workplace politics. That is the worst thing to deal with at a job. It's 10x more challenging than the work itself. Being self employed usually removes that headache. Self employment is only difficult for the non-connected. Why don't you go back to England and get some grants for your business from the Labour government pushing their agenda? They must be spending like drunken sailors. It'll be easier than you think

Yeah they are all talk. They couldnt even come together to vote their fellow white woman hillary in 2016. Thats why im not suprised about this. Nothing about this election was shocking. I just wish biden took the L instead of giving it to kamala.

I’ve observed in real time how xaasid they are to each other, backstabbing, gossping, etc. The whole stereotype of women being catty comes primarily from them. Not saying black women can’t be catty to each other, but this election just showed how much they hate seeing other women succeed. Its fascinating.
