Don't strive to be SKINNY. Just work on eating healthier and exercise. You must do both. Don't just exercise and continue eating the way you are, dont just eat healthier and not exercise. You need to do both and you will feel better and look better. Trust me.That doesn't require work, effort and time??
seriously though, what do you do to maintain your weight? We are known as skinny but my weight fluctuations so much while it seems like all people around me are doing a good job of keeping themselves at a healthy wait.
I never had this problem on my teens and early 20s. I was naturally skinny. Something went wrong somewhere along the lines.
I used never care what I eat. Now, I have to be mindful.
This is very true, I used to think I was naturally skinny and had fast metabolism but it was because I was shitty eater. People see you eating fast food not knowing that’s probably the only meal you had all day. I have learned that I can gain weight easily if I don’t control what I eat.It is mostly calorie consumption. Genetics has little to do with how much people weigh, perhaps only like 10% of people have bad genetics for weight control. For 90% is all about calories.
I had a roommate who was very skinny and claimed he eats whatever he wants and never gains weight, but then while I was living with him I noticed he often skipped breakfast and ate very little. So take those claims of ''I can eat whatever I want and not gain weight'' with a grain of salt.
