HSM is using sham elections to violate Somaliland's soveriegnty is just an act of spite at this point.


I don't see the long term aim here. He's trying to burn down federalism but he has nothing to replace it with as the FGS is suffering sustained setbacks in every domain. It's like he's executing a plan that was made for different set of conditions. He should be looking to stablize what is there. The centralization agenda took a tremendous hit with the loss of international support.
