I think the Turks, Saudis,Qataris will be helping Syria. Turks militarily as attacking the Turks by the Israelis can trigger NATO while the Saudis & Qataris financially. The Emiratis & Egyptians oppose the new Syrian govt and the Emiratis might even help the Israelis destabilize Syria.

Israeli Minister of Defense Israel Katz confirms that aircraft of the Israeli Air Force are currently striking targets in Syria, with these strikes being conducted as part of a “new policy” to pacify southwestern Syria. Katz stated, “We will not allow southern Syria to become southern Lebanon - any attempt by the Syrian regime forces and the country's terrorist organizations to establish themselves in the security zone in southern Syria - will be met with fire.”
