I think there's a misconception regarding the sort of 'vulnerability' that woman are receptive to from men

Express how you feel to your woman, just don't drop tears or carry on with histrionics (like wailing or sobbing) in front of her -- unless your mum, dad or other close relatives have just died

Anytime I got emotional as a child, my dear mum would instruct me to "tighten" my heart; the Dinka of old (prior to the wars) valued men with "cool" hearts; and showing anger was a sign of weakness

Men can be vulnerable with

1. Allah SWT
2. Their parents
3. Their wife
4. Their children

Not some random Zina relationship.

The Prophet SAW was vulnerable with his wives, and sought counsel from his wives and friends. Please don't spread toxic, unislamic messages.

Remember, Prophet Muhammad SAW, ran to his wife, Khadijah AS, when he first saw Angel Gabriel?
