Why would instability follow a small secure disarmed political town with secure checkpoints, unless your saying the politicians will do the bombings which isn’t realistic, also they wouldn’t be able to get it passed the checkpoint in this case, Israel got it done with the settlements, creating a controlled town where no one comes in without a comprehensive search is a possibility

Who would control it and how? There are forces at play that want instability in the region and for Somali to remain decentralized so I don't think moving the capital would accomplish much of anything imo. Either way it's all speculation and is unlikely to happen.

All i'm saying is if these "forces" keep fucking up my country then i will go and f*ck up theirs.

The capital will always be mogadishu because it has the capital, the infrastructure and the strategic position. Literally every "city" looks like a village compared to it so lets talk about fixing the problems in the capital such as violence and Shabaab instead of going back a few hundreds years.
