Is this just the previous one next to sheikh Bashir school that had been refurbished or is this a complete new one
It's a complete new one. but it's built the front of the old one,
Nah it's a close but not too close.
When I was driving to the school there's quite a bit of space, but your in the school you can't hear the prison but the pistons can prolly year the school as kids are loud in the playground...
Still sounds way too close. In America, prisons are usually located far from civilian life, usually closest to a depopulated village or a small town by an hour long drive. Sounds incredibly risky to have prisons that close to the public, imagine if there was a prison riot or an escape.
It used to be on the outskirts, but the city spread to it's location.
Trust 10 years ago Hargeisa used to be in the valley now it passed the mountain and it's spreading.
Burco is spreading as well, with peace you get population growth
