New law has past: Women in Afghanistan can’t speak in public

The prophet used to visit the home of Al-Shifa Bint Abdullah, to the point he had a mat and a cover, at her house, when he wanted to take a nap there.
He even gave her a house in Madinah. When SAW died, Cumar AS, used to defer to her opinion, and she became a public administrator.

And this is just ONE example.

But these creeps, want to call themselves Muslim and shame the image of Islam all over the world.

Al-Shifa bint Abdullah

Very intelligent, and became the public administrator when Umar was caliph – possibly the first Muslim woman to hold office.
She was in charge of making sure that all business practices matched with the rulings, teachings, and values of Islam. She is also known to have advised Caliph Umar on many occasions about numerous different things; he always took her very seriously.

The Messenger used to visit her in her own home so frequently that she set aside a mat and a cover, or izar, for his use when he took his siesta there. She kept these momentos until her death and passed them on to her children. The Messenger (peace be upon him) gave her title to a house in the Hakakin area of Madinah. His value for her company influenced the caliphs. As Caliph, 'Umar used to defer to her opinion. 'Umar's respect for Ash-Shifa's competence, character, and judgement led him to appoint her as an officer, or wali, in the administration of the marketplace. This makes her possibly the first Muslim woman to hold an official position in public administration.

Muslim men benefit from Muslim women being disenfranchised, because it means they have to do less in life. This is the 'unspoken' truth. The ONLY time they bring up how Islam benefits women, is when they are debating with non-Muslims, but when they're done debating, they go home, put up their feet and wait to be served like a child or a King.

Not all of them of course, but we all see their neglect or outright abuse all over the world.

Ilaahay baa ka jaaseeniya though, and that warms my heart.

This is how women were treated/existed when the Prophet Muhammad SAW was alive. Don't you dare tell me, these people practise the same religion.

They’re practicing pre Islamic culture (proto Arab culture specifically) that culture is very similar and has the same patterns in what the Afghanistans are doing. But this is also the issue when you rule with theocracy all together. It has no place in governments. There needs be a moderation when you’re bringing faiths in the governmental sphere.

I really wonder, if there is a single Muslim ethnic group on earth, that let go of their pagan customs? Somalis sure didn't. Clinging onto FMG, named after Fircawn of all people.

Several Taliban leaders have been sending their daughters to Qatar for 20 years now, to get an education.

They come up with rules for the people they rule over, but not for themselves.
:dead:

is an open secret that several senior figures in the leadership educated their own daughters while living outside Afghanistan – mostly in Pakistan or Qatar – during their 20-year fight against US forces and their Afghan allies.

Some have continued doing so secretly, even after moving back to Kabul, including the family whose international schooling plans were shared with the Observer.

Less elite members of the movement have been looking for options closer to home. One secret school for girls in the capital has enrolled the daughters of four or five Taliban families for classes in grades seven to 12, a senior staff member said.

Roman mentality. They discriminate you based on class not sex. They’re not sexist they’re classist.

Cultures like that in which women are erased from society tend to have higher rates of homosexuality. It’s like how in prison homo tendencies is high.

I remember watching Mohammed Hijab (can’t usually stand the guy) he mentioned talking to an Afghan guy who bragged about how he has never seen a woman before. Then MH asked him if homosexuality was common and the man replied with the affirmative.

For those of you interested in the video I was talking about:

This isn’t new. Every society that has extreme sexism and seeks to erase women from outside life has higher rates of homosexuality. From the ancient Greeks to Persians to Romans. This is an inescapable fact and despite Ancient Greeks being gaalo, their philosophy and approach to women was very much similar to what we’re seeing in modern Afghanistan in which women were banned from most aspects of public life and we all know how common their love for little boys was for them, very similar to Afghanistan’s culture of the Bachi Bazi. Obviously the Taliban is trying to eradicate it but I doubt they’d be able to. They’ve created an environment in which even a mother can’t take her kids to the park. They’ve cut off any form of normalcy and even little boys can’t play outside with the supervision of mothers and sisters.

This is the result of Wahabism exported from Saudi. Women particpated in Jihad and even lead battles like Aisha RA. She was honourable woman who lead thousands of men during the 3rd caliphate. She had to have been vocal leading an army. Islam is the middle path.

You can’t be seriously blaming Wahhabism or Salafis. It’s local Pashtun culture. Even in Saudi during the height of the so called Mutawwa, the haram police women still went to uni and worked.

Also, you pick and choose when it comes to what you believe. In another thread you posted a Hadith that is graded Sahih by Albani mostly and not others who is Salafi.

Afghans issue is centuries old culture that even goes back to the ancient period remixed with Islam.
