Non-Somali citizens can never own land in Somalia - only leased

That's exactly what I'm saying, this won't last given the corruption in the country.

Dude okey but yes anytime a foreign buyers land through coruptiin wil be bad investment for him or her becos state can take it back also remebr somalis will take advantage using political conection. To take land from the foreigner.

From your research it shows that Singapore and China own the land and that all citizens including can only lease. No way in hell, would I a Somali be okay with my land belonging to the government. What’s mine is mine.

Somalias law is similar to tanzania and it economical fastest growing economy in the region.

Watch this video. Tanzania economical surpasing kenya. While kenya land anyone camn own .

That is not the spirit of the newly added Article and sections; it provides "ONLY the Fed. gov't can grant permission to foreign persons and agencies", and does neither imply nor state prohibition of ownership. It ONLY seeks to remove the right from FMSs. Again, this is not Powers for the Fed. gov't, but within State dominion except Federally designated lands.

Nah
Every land should belong to the government

This is not for foreigners only but al somalis land owners. U see this can be like mikitry base for examole or naval base or other stuf many other things.
It mainly applies to foreigners. No Somalis own prime land apart from their own houses or farm. Everything else is owned by the state.

This will apply specifically to foreigners.

Is land seized from non somalis? how are they compensated? did anyone know that Michael Darby, a white australian man is one of the wealthiest landowners in Somalia
That’s going around on tiktok but he doesn’t personally own an inch of land, he manages the land of the American embassy/Xalaane

Fake news, the only thing that was removed was the FMS presidency title. They even have rights to have their own land ownership laws that does not contradict/bypass government law.
