Dude, I live here. That care system stuff is wildly exaggerated. It happens in some rare instances, but that's because Norwegians take children's upbringing very seriously, and many minorities abuse their children and don't provide basic stuff.
Overall, I would say that Norway provides a better life for Somalis than any other place in the world. I don't know any Somali person that was taken from his/her family.
I don't agree with it, but how many people get systematically violated in other countries? Norway's is literally like any other western country when it comes to this stuff. Your family overstated a few rare instances. It's not the norm.

I did stay in Oslo for few days, it’s was much better but still compared to other bigger cities it’s on the boring side. If I do ever come back to Norway, I’m going south, Bergen looks beautiful in pictures.

Norway is far from perfect, you perceive them as such because of their low population and high accumulated wealth(mostly oil). A perfect economy, is an economy where the disadvantaged lower class is prioritized. Forget about a PERFECT economy, something that is perfect or close to perfect is a bubble. Let me tell you this, bubbles inevitably bursts. Why is Norways economy a bubble? Because of their short sightedness and not having a defined leadership. When everybody wants to have a piece of the Cake, few will win(the elites). 5 factors they endorse and support is gonna destroy the Norwegian Utopia. This Utopia is only temporarily paradise for the middel class. Nothing more nothing less. So if you have a higher education and difficult to automate position. You are safe until you retire.
This 5 factors are the structures of un-islamic economy.

3. No increase in military investment in correspondence to the vast wealth they own (compare norway to finland)

Impeding growth for the majority, Unjust laws and regulations targeting the lower/working class (Slavery with extra steps incorporated in the welfare system, not being able to exit a vicious work cycle. Where the government makes people work like slaves, to earn meager wages for a private corpration. In theory the government wanted people to get work experience instead of being unproductive and getting free welfare checks. Big mistake. When they implemented this rule, it had dire consequences for the working class. One of them being that private corprationes employed welfare workers instead of the working class. Its impairing the economy in a multitude of ways. They increased their revenue by being paid by the welfare state for hiring the workers and not paying any salary to the workers. Basicaly the welfare state pays both the worker and the employer. Another problem is the lack of housing, the government buys properties from private corproations instead of making their own housing programs, most of the time paying double or triple for property. Because its cheaper in the short term and the elites are earning more money by profiting from socialism. Remember the Cake. Check how Singapore solved their housing problem.

There are relatively low crime rates in Norway.
This place is not perfect at all, but there's an abundance of privilege, so the pros outweigh the cons considerably.
