I wish he comes back sometimes. Nah they can't speak about PL coastline because it's already given to IOM a long time ago back in 2015. What is amazing JL remaining quiet. They own the most attractive oil basin in the south as kenya is proof of finding oil there and wanting more of JL basin. A for Mogadishu the territory is so small, the production level may not be worth any potential find in all honesty. People forget you need a big land and big ocean which means large deposits, small areas are just not feasible look at djibouti as solid proof. That's why Russia and Saudi are so big in oil and gas it's due to the land mass they sit on.

PL land size is massive. They digged one WELL, do you understand how oil exploration occurs? they need to dig many wells before a find is made. Digging wells is just the 'looking' phase. They searched 1 small 'block' of area of dharor and nugal basins, there is thousands of blocks that will be dug and explored. And yes you do need a big land if there is oil. India has oil. Small lands are not feasible, djibouti is proof of that. The investment they put into equipment, drilling, staff, and oil extraction is not worth it for them if it's not above a certain production level like billions of barrells? Because you need to pay off the cost of the oil exploration and equipment, then u need to pay off any 'production sharing agreements' and on top of that still return a profit for share holders.
