Yes, I also agree in that fact. These people are traveling from there west african countries to turkey to get a nose job thats the most craziest thing. I think they have a lot of hate for there features and want a European look.

For most people their natural nose or a nose job with limited change is best. Most of the time a narrow nose bridge will just make their eyes look too far apart. Anyways, I think their flat noses are cute. It's sick to see how european standards are making everyone think those beaks are nice . Even I used to be a little insecure about my nose .

The crazy thing is they actually need that nose type of stay in there environment or that region where its rainy and tropical. Now they will have breathing problems due to changing there nose design.

I don't think it would cause that much harm though because people live abroad without difficulties. But yeah, I imagine it could cause issues in extreme cases. You'd have to change your nose quite a bit.
