Take your Vitamin D, and hit the gym regularly. Also, there is a correlation between gut health and depression, make sure what you put in your body is healthy, so lots of fruits, veggies and probiotics like Yoghurt.

I want to go to the gym but I have a serious phobia of the gym I don’t know how to overcome it :stressed:

Your phobia is fuelled by the main character syndrome we all have but nobody will even notice you, as everybody is too focused on themselves. I advise you go in the mornings, when the gym is less busy. Also, you can join a group work-out or do your first day with a personal trainer. Once you go a few times, you will become an addict.
