There was never this ''we wuz'' meme rubbish going around, it only really started when these self hating African Americans who wanted nothing to do with their West African ancestors started claiming successful African kingdoms and other non-black successful civilizations as their own. African Americans hate their own West African cultures so much that they started claiming themselves to be Moors, Hebrew Israelites, and Greeks, Romans just to avoid the fact that they were slaves taken from West Africa. I don't blame either, I mean if you found out your ancestors were just slaves taken from one continent to another and were treated like shit for over 500 years by another race of people, your brain would have trouble claiming that history as your own.
