You could order and pay at the same time through the app. Most people in Somalia/Somaliland have cellphones, and a good portion of them have smartphones. There are other options like the Northern Somali republic, Somali Red Sea Republic, la wareeg the whole Somali word but the land bit is a bit sad considering the longest colonial war in history was fought from there.
