Just like we made the same mistake fighting over Hargeisa, Marehan, Ogaden, and Harti are doing the same. Plenty of land for all parties involved. Madobe has to go if Jubaland will prosper. Why is it hard for cousins to coexist. I see this in all regions. All the energy/resources fighting could've been used to build up the land.

So the Isaaq infighting actually started in 1992 over Berbera port which is in Habar Awal territory, between the Habar Awal and the Habar Yoonis. Ended in stalemate.

In 1994 fighting spread to Hargeisa, This fighting was mainly due to the International airport which is in Ciidagale territory. Isaaqs made peace in 1997 Alhamdulillah.

HA and HY live in peace together in Berbera and both are Mayor and Vice mayor of the city respectively.

And HA and Ciidagale live in peace in Hargeisa as well and rotate mayors regularly.

I realized No such thing as a wadani. Its a figment of your imagination. If there were any wadanis in Xamar they would clean the streets filled with garbage, or create a sustainable sewage system.
