Why is Soomaaliyeey toosoo used frequently as the national anthem even though the official anthem is qolobaa calankeed? To spite the secessionists? Such a beautiful anthem it should forcefully be played day n night non stop in Hargeisa and Berbera

It was soomaaliyeey tosoo until like 7 or 8 years ago. I think

Abdullahi Qarshe was a national icon. I don't think he would want tribal secessionists using his lyrics as their anthem.

Yeah. It would need some tweeking such as prolonging it and adding a verse or two. I hate the somaalia toosoo anthem with its electronic sounds.
