I'm mucaarad broYou are on a vendetta bro...
speakership of the parlimament you have to be a MP thats how parliamentary system around the world is
That's absolutely fine, bro. For our democracy to flourish we need a loud and effective opposition. Waddani are indeed that right now.I'm mucaarad bro
This. My big hope for the next political association elections is that I hope UCID crashes and Waraabe is banished. He is a toxic talkinghead who has no business running a party.Although out of the 3 party heads he's the closest to me clan wise, I am a critic of Faisal Warabe and would never dream of voting for him. He and his party are serial losers and the fortunes of UCID will never improve until a new chairman is chosen to replace adeer Faisal. If he continues to be at the helm even after 20 years then UCID will soon cease to exist like UDUB
I'm absolutely on board with that.@The Crowe exactly I'd love Abdikarim Mooge (along with Barkhad) to form their own new party and be a youth centred party that strongly campaigns against both clanism and Somali unionism
@The Crowe I'm concerned that Faisal and the government are cooking up a deal whereby the selection of new political parties is either delayed or worse the current 3 parties are given a new licence for another decade automatically
Being very cynical, I could say that the "rogue" UCID MPs aligning with Bihi might secretly have been told to do so by Faisal himself as part of this deal
Agreed. Proactive efforts have to be made to ensure non-Isaaq leaders are prioritized for party leaderships. If Somaliland does not change and things look the same in few years with ISAAQ DOMINATING THEIR PARTIES (KULMIYE, WADANI AND UCID) then we SAMAROON must open a party that protects our interests because we have had enough and have been lied to the entire time.
KULMIYE IS FULL OF HABAR AWAL, HABAR YONIS DOMINATES WADANI AND UCID IS RAN BY THE CAPITAL PEOPLE CALLED CIDAGALE) what are we SAMAROON gaining? from such a fraudulent system that is not even fair and democratic as they claim.

ISAAQS are the chosen ones unfortunately they are in deep sleep after they fought hard to liberate the land, we SAMAROON must wake them up. WE HAVE AN ENTIRE NATION TO GAIN FOR OURSELVES. WE DONT WANT TO BE RULED FROM THE SOUTH. ONLY ISAAQS CAN SAVE US ALL. BUT IN ORDER for ISAAQ TO SAVE US ALL, they must first learn to be fair and equal for everyone and not just themselves.Agreed. Proactive efforts have to be made to ensure non-Isaaq leaders are prioritized for party leaderships.
I dont think choosing a president because he is GADABURSI to be the right thing. In fact a GOOD AND DECENT ISAAQ PRESIDENT CAN ALSO DO THE SAME THING. That is why i still believe MUSE BIHI can go down in history as the best somaliland president if he gives samaroon true sami qaybsi.@angelplan I would also back a two party system as this would bring more political stability. Guess what I'd make the leader of every political party always Gadabursi plus I would replace our presidential system for a parliamentary or semi presidential form of governance
Somalis will always vote clan wise until society hits a certain development stage where the middle class are educated enough to choose a candidate based on competence. This is why a clan representation in power is enevitable at the moment. People have to see themselves represented in power.@angelplan great idea. Would you agree that if the party leaders came from different clans/sub clans voters would just choose the party who's leader is the most closest to them clan wise. I support the leader of every party belonging to the same sub clan so that voters will no longer vote along clan lines
