Deputy Speaker: likely: Abdinasir Yusuf Qodax UCID - but maybe also: Cumar Jaamac Farah UCID

It could also be a UCID chairman since WADANI got the mayor of the capital, in that case I'll like to see Cumar Jaamac Farah UCID as a chairman he is a non clan-affiliated like Batuun.
