Every state has a direct line with Ethiopia, the ambassador is just ceremonial. In Kenya, you’re a freaking minister and have security sectors on lock, what can a ambassador do for you? From Ogaden perspective, I think South Africa would have an added value as you guys have a large business community there. That’s where you need representation, in Kenya and Ethiopia you already have adequate representation. It’s like me fussing about ambassador in Zambia, while I own Zambia and have a direct line with Zambian political elite.
