It's the only thing they know. It is normal everyday life. It really seems like it's unfixable@anon2 what I hate about the south is why do they isbaaro on everything. Isbaaro on international aid money, isbaaro on baydhabo humanitarian. Like this is the lowest of low conduct.
They not getting paid tbh I understand why they’re doing itI feel like singing this song in South-Central Somalia.
It's a ghetto no infrastructure just 'buildings' with sewage n shit all over the place
Whining seems to run in their blood. The actual reality on the ground is just desperate people doing desperate things and it happens everywhere. Even in the “Paradise of Puntland”How did a thread about some thugs setting up illegal checkpoints in some unknown villages lead to 2 pages of Daaroods ranting and moaning about how Hawiye destroyed Somalia![]()
Your right Puntland diaspora aren’t doing shitMy abtiyaal updated me on the business scene, his a rich 'businessman' sending his kids to australia for university which isn't cheap, he sending 4.
Anyways HAGS r moving back to Hamar and most are spreading their investments 80/20 model. 20% overseas and 80% locally. He said Majerten 99% are not shifting from diaspora, and PL is local business people only.
So 'gar' baan siiyay 'hag' are far more wadani then MJ in business investment sense. I hope Deni speaks to the diaspora about this fact.
Even tho most of the investment he said is 'real estate' hotels-apartments-buildings created to rent to interntionaal community only in hamar not real business as the locals r not middle class and peasants so their targetting govt-diaspora-international hayado. It's a sad model.
But their dumpin their money into it.
Inshallah it’s solved but let’s be real none of these people actually give a shit and only really care about one uping Hawiye in FKD
I'm starting to think no hawiyes was in xamar when my father went to school there he even sat with italians in class they really came in the 80sWhat shocked me was reading about how Xamar's and Benadir infrastructure, along with factories, roads, water pipes, even statues and art meant to represent all Somalis were torn down and melted and sold to Kenya and the UAE. Even in Afgooye, factories used to make food and help fight famines were destroyed, It makes no sense, you can argue all day about how you hate Siad Barre and how he was corrupt, but you brought a whole new level death and destruction. It really sucks that a modern city known worldwide as the pearl of the Indian Ocean, in which all Somalis invested in was destroyed for no reason. People really downplay the impact of what happened. Wallahi it's heartbreaking
