I agree with Madnomad. We should share our resources with other Somalis so we can all grow together. But Puntland should own at least 70% percent and the rest can go to the Federal government and other member states. The reason Puntland should own the majority is that the resource is on our land and the Federal Government is too corrupt and would probably pocket the money that they receive instead of using it for development.

1) we put a lot of energy in first aiding Mogadishu.. because majority of our people understand tht without reviving Mogadishu even if force is required all Somalis including reer Djibouti kilinka and nfd won't prosper with sharaf..simply because Mogadishu is the head of all our operations..It's our centre for everything..It's the connecting point of our existence brother lordi...we don't necessarily like reer hawiyaha but irregardless of that we need some sort of a governing body for Somalis and Mogadishu is the only place we can agree on for now...so let's get Somalia back from the intensive care it's in because without it all Somalis every where will be forever in a case of a limbo
