This guy doesn’t even know the whole westcoast is socialist lol
Is he even from the states? He sounds clueless
California until recently used to be a republican state for your information. The west coast has always been more socially left leaning and how does that make the rest of the country left leaning? The Midwest and the South are right leaning and the East Coast is on average centrist or centre left with New England being the most leftist region on the east coast. 'The whole country is going left' no the country is polarizing. If your sitting in Washington state its easy to get deluded in your socialist fantasy land. Most Americans will recoil when they hear the word socialism its just runs counter to life liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This guy doesn’t even know the whole westcoast is socialist lol

The labor party lost badly and my favorite uk politician is stepping down. I hope the leftists in the us win in 2020. I am already knocking on doors, canvassing for Bernie
California has been moving to the left since the 90s. Today California is super liberal. Most midwest states are blue, Ohio, Wisconsin and Michigan are battleground states aka swing states. Southern states are not that important because they don’t have that much electoral votes except Taxes which is also becoming a purple state. Conservatives are losing young voters. Even kids who grew up in conservative homes become liberals when they start college.California until recently used to be a republican state for your information. The way the Midwest goes slightly up in the air is on moderate economic policies because they have a lot of unionized jobs. Those jobs have vanished and which is why this area is so rife with racists and angry white trash - they have no jobs and they are lashing out. Trump easily tapped into this anger and picked up these states and I think he probably will do it again. The are not democrats on any other issue they like their guns they are homophobic but just happen to be unionized in the manufacturing industry lol. Texas is becoming purple because of Hispanic migration but I think Republicans if they can't rebrand themselves into a more racially inclusive party and take advantage of the social conservative values of these Hispanic Catholics. The less white some parts of America gets the more left it will be with the current party dynamic. I don't think it will be set in stone considering the Democrats were once the party of the KKK. Generationally I don't know anything about that so I wont try to bs stuff.California has been moving to the left since the 90s. Today California is super liberal.
