I don't know much about MJs in Ogadenia or our relationship with the administration there.

Columbus is inhabited by majority failed Canadian refugee claimants. There was no Somali in Columbus before 1995. Columbus is probably one of the best places to live as a Somali in the West. Virtually non existant Somali crime, 0 Somali on Somali murders, the entire Northeast of the city revitalized by Somali business owners, something like 5-600 Somali businesses ranging from daycares to urgent care hospitals, built our own mosques literally from the ground up, bought one of the landmarks of NE Columbus for a couple mill and turning it into a mosque/community center, 95% high school graduation rate, our fobs to our "gangsters" attend at least a semester at local colleges, and Bahal lives there.

Don't listen to AbdiJohnson. American Somalis are far better than canadian somalis in terms of the younger generation. You guys went through early stage of gangster somalis and got out within 5 years, we've been in this cycle since the late 90s. Also American somalis are more cultured, which leads to community building and cohesiveness. Places like toronto have somali youth who think they were once african american slaves brought to the americas

You fail to mention that we are setting deep roots nowadays because more than ever we have more homeowners then ever before.
Great number of these "fobs" own homes now in the middle of cadaan suburbs.
Columbus has more students in higher learning per capita then any Somali enclave in North America.
Shockingly we have at least 7 optometry offices owned and operated by Somalis.
Any hospital or clinic you go to you'll run into a Somali nurse
