I meant, Somali/African standard, because the entire neighbourhood is really rich, smallest house is $60k. and the smallest land you are allowed to buy is 24x24m, which is $30-$40k.

They need to concentrate on greenery sector...the soil is fertile, but the people aren't willing to cultivate the land..

Without trees, the place looks very sparsely populated.. otherwise it's cool
