superiority complex ended when somalia went to shithole status, we only rely on history and nothing to show for as today. However, I can see it will come back much much stronger if somalia improves, this will fuel somalia nationalism 2.0 creating upward spiral.

Somalia improves -> creates results -> fuels superiority complex -> increases nationalism -> wants his/ her country improve by contributing -> Somalia improves -> cycle continues creating black hole bringing more people in and getting bigger and faster

If somalia gdp per capita surpasses kenya and ethopia, this will add high amount of fuel to cycle at a extreme level which finally unlock "somaliweyn".
