Organ trafficking in Somaliland uncovered!!

If you haven't heard yet, there had been a spike in Organ trafficking from mostly kids in Somaliland. There's also kids going missing there as well. There was a video of a little girl that escaped from the traffickers and described as lighter skinned non somalis.

I have a feeling the gov't in SL would rather hide the truth to mantain their reputation than to acknowledge a problem persisting and try to fix it such as the increase in gang rapes not being addressed. It being addressed publicly and steps taken to fix it would cause them to be known for this =, and for a country seeking recognition and tourism they'd rather brush it under the carpet
