Oromo larpers

I saw a video a day or two ago where a Somali PM in Kenya arguing with another kenyan mp in the parliament saying that the people in Mandera had to go to a neighboring country (Somalia) to get water and to get their phones and stuff charged.

Basically people in Mandera a while back had to cross the border into a small town in Somalia to get their electricity and to get clean water because the government in Kenya refused to provide it, despite people paying taxes.

It actually shows you how self reliant Somalis are they actually don't wait for government handouts, they get up and create their own wealth , start providing services to each other.

Yet they try to insult Somalia by calling it a failed state while they come from countries where the government fails to provide most basic services.

The video that i saw @Midas @novanova

The Somali MP says : "The people of Mandera town are going to get water, cold drinks and charge their phones in another country (Somalia).'' ''It's not a failed state in terms of Power. They are doing their things much better and organized. How do we have power in Bulahara ( BurHakaba?) but we don't have power in Mandera town?"

Because most politicians, especially in corrupt systems, are more focused on personal gain, power struggles, and foreign interests rather than actually solving problems. They make big speeches and empty promises,

Waa yaab walahi. In that video clip you see no semblance of humility from him and or an ounce of feeling of responsibility from that Kenyan MP. Instead he projects arrogance towards Somalia.

Kenyan government taxes it's people but fails to provide essential services. Meanwhile Somali entrepreneurs, without government help, supply clean water, power, and trade services to their own people AND to Kenyan citizens.
