Overweight

I currently weigh 250 and height of 6'2. I would like to drop down to 200 or 210. I would like to do it natural. No starvation or pill. What would you recommend

Stop eating fast food and start doing laps around your town in 6 months you should drop to 160

Start Shopping at Whole Foods instead of Walmart and go to the gym more often (2-3 a week )
 
I've never weighed this much but it's all from sedentary of studying due to uni and sweets. I always weighted 180-190 but then I was 6 foot.
