I mean it makes the opposite insinuation. The whole video is about penguins having a dark side. The video says that homosexuality is a deviance brought about by ‘instinctual confusion’ and stress. It also likens it necrophilia.

Nature is brutal.

By the way, this does not happen in wild animals only. Domestic animals such as cats and sheeps are known to abandon the runt of the litter. It is a waste to the limited resources to feed the weak sickly baby who might not survive. I think we have a similar thing in humans but..

You should read more about intraspecific competition versus interspecific competition in different species of birds. Game of thrones got nothing on them..


For example - Cowbirds are the deadbeats in birds world. They don't want to raise their own chicks to the point they evolved to spend more energy laying eggs that resemble different bird species so they can sneak their eggs in those nests. You know what's worse? The cowbird chick once it hatches kicks other eggs from the nest so it can be fed alone. If cowbird baby dies, the cowbird mother destroys the other bird's nest alongside the chicks/eggs..
