Our administrative/legislative capital in bu'ale, and our second economic capital should be in Garbaharey to kickstart development(a teeny bit shitter, don't @ me JK) Gedo is a potential energy powerhouse, blessed with abundant farmland and livestock, and Beled Hawo will be a commercial gateway to Xamar & Kenya.
