I bet the people who backstabbed were females................if it is causing such a problem, why not go to HR? Except of course, this is some minimum wage job, then I don't see why the f*ck it would matter.

My manager is a racist and not approachable. I once had to talk to her about something which could not be avoided. She looked at me and completely ignored me. I told that I'm not leaving and she should sort this problem out or I'm taking this someone higher than her and want afraid to take legal action. Next day problem was solved.
I'm also beefing with 4 other cadaan girls at work. They try to catch me slipping but I've been working there longer and popular with the rest of the staff.
