Next time when your period come as soon as you feel the tiniest bit of cramps take paracetamol menses relief and than again when you feel like the pain is kicking again. My sister does this and ever since never get severe pain. Also when she introduced me this way I too don't get severe pain. Alhamdullilah.

Peppermint tea, exercising a week before your period is due and taking pain killers is the best thing you could do it alleviate the symptoms. It has been working for me the last 3 years Alhamdulilah.
