I love Puntland defence forces no matter where your located. Be it Mudug-Sanag-Bari-Buhodle-South-east-South west Sool-Nugaal.

My boys from birta dheer the bah dubays are in Garowe Darawish base 54. I love seeing the 'darawish and policing' reforms done by Deni. It was a long time over-due.

Darawish were lacking in 'tayo' and 'institutional excellence' and now their competing with the PSF-PMPF. Darawish were managed poorly by previous president especially around good governance anad less corruption-their training was very limited-equipments and uniform wasn't up to standard.

I hope to give @Dalalos_ibn_Adali a tour of puntland one day and show him the various institutions and why JL is in safe hands under the absame/harti accords, JL waxay uu bahan tahay clans who have proven track record in governance-development-security

Institution building is slow and requires constant care. Creating a professional armed forces means showing the best and brightest that it is possible for them to seek a career in the armed forces.

PL army broke in two in 2007 when AY AUN went to south with Half PL Army.

Deni Government goal is to reach to that Level before 2007.

Farmaajo even if he is a corrupt shithead has the most professional army but he doesnt know how to use them and has no concept of military command or even civilian command. A strong leader would issue heavy reforms find any talented somali military man from outside the banadir clans or d block preferably from very small clan . Make him commader give him your most loyal troops and tell him that no strings will be attached and i promise u all of south central somalia will be administerd by mogadishu, but this ruler must also make sure not to paint himself with the dye of barre and institue a federal system in this region much like the american one, to staisfy the primitive somali obsession with being "gudoomiye" or "madaxweyne" even if they have 0 clue on how to lead.
