Lol okay so let me get this straight Puntland introduces federalism to Somalia, calls themselves the “hooyo of federalism” but they themselves don’t want to respect it? The whole point of introducing this system was to get better development for your respective regions and not take BS from the FGS was it not? Not completely violate the sovereignty of Somalia.
