As of rn puntland in theory includes the regions of SSC, however, once it fully secedes the government of puntland will only serve the people living within its new borders, and as such represenation should be adjusted to reflect this.

the main issue is we're currently electing based on qabil. Once 1m1 vote comes then people from different states can run for office. Assuming of course they've stayed in the state long enough. But if your qabil got positions based on regions no longer in Puntlands jurisdiction then its just illogical to keep them.

Like one of the users here said, there are numerous reers living in PL with no to little representation. Why don't you support them getting representation as there are numerous rather than someone whose people have created a separate state?
