Nah he has been systematically pissing off and attacking every group. He called SWS Ethiopian orphans and tried to remove Ethiopian troops there. He already recognized partially SSC, tried to impose phantom tax on Somaliland and went on blockade Jubbaland and is ignoring Puntland while changing the constitution unilaterally. He is consolidating power through a vote held in friendly territorities that is his only hope at this point.

To believe that he is being pressured by a small group of MPS you would have to believe he had a realistic chance of reelection indirectly which he obviously doesnt.

I don't even care about it but it's just not remotely plausible.
