Please vote. I would like to see what the political values and beliefs are of the upcoming generation assuming this place is a real microcosm of the diaspora at large, which is a rather reasonable assumption. Feel free to justify your choice with a post. Thanks.

I would love to see different states within Somalia but I support, always have and always will a unified Somalia, under a federal government. There's strength in unity.

i would like to see us in several different countries like United Arab Emirates. They are all arabs same language, people culture, religion, but they are many countries who are neighbours who work together and help each other, Djibouti, Somaliland, Somalia, Ogadenia, Nfd :obamaswag:

State law should not be condemed by Federal law.
I will continue to support a unified Somalia, where the Somali language is shared.

The poll results look very promising. It would seem that among the diaspora a strong majority support the permanent balkanization of the failed state that is a, and tribal states that will forge their own independent destinies, cultures, and even language over a sufficient amount of time. You guys don't know just how happy I am right now with these results. :denzelnigga:

why do i get the feeling you are not really darod?
i suspect you are a minority that is pretending to be darod.
normally darods want union with darods at the top of the food chain and hawiye + isaaq as secound position.
never have i seen such an anti somali darod in my entire life.

Who do you think is pushing for the secession of all of these federal states at a fundamental level? Where do you think all these Puntland secessionists come from? Are they all sheegatos, too? Most Darods I know in real life are overwhelmingly pro-balkanization, with my own sub being the exception in that they are cut down the middle between unionists and secessionists.

There is no future in a. Any rational individual, regardless of their qabil, can easily see that. The entire concept of "Somalia" itself is a construct built by foreigners/colonialists that was imposed on the people. Before that era, there has never been a single government or empire that has ruled over the entire Somali peninsula.

ahmed guray ruled all somalis, after he defeated the christians(xabashis) divided the spoils to each qabil, he gave the ciise the sultanate of ifat(djbouti) he gave the other dirs dire dawa which translates as where the dir hit. he gave isaaqs the kingdom of herer but we were expelled or left, hawiye got the south and jebertis didnt stay in one spot. trust me somalis were united and each clan or subclan had a specif roles, the minority clans the gaboye/tumal etc were the skilled people and they would make weopens and other necessary equipment so they were the poorest since they couldnt feed people as this was not their role, isaaq and jebertis were suppose to feed people and never do anything menial such as labour, their jobs was breed camelsg/goats/cattle and make sure everyone has meat to eat and milk to drink, plus their roles were to fight and defend, so isaaq and jeberti were the richest since they could feed people from their animals they could marry from other clans and their numbers would only grow plus they had the highest status, hawiye and dirs played the same role as jeberti and isaaq but the leadership roles were played by hawiye and dirs. ahmed guray was a dir by the way and its only after him that we all took our share of the pie and seperated. as you can imagine the biggest shares went to ciise, isaaq jeberti and hawiye.

Never have I seen so much distortions of history, misinformation, and complete and utter lies all packaged into a single post. :mindblown:

Put the crack pipe down, sxb.

in my opinion i think this is the most accurate description of how the pie was divided after ahmed guray ended his campaign against the christians
