I'm saying the one who controls ceerigaabo will dominate that district and also most of the coast if not all in that district is also controlled by the same people.

richest businessman in Ceerigaabo is called Calanle (he is Sacad Yonis). Furthermore
all the fish Ceerigaabo eats is imported from Xarshaw fish factory (again a SY coastal town).
