Youll get more with fish revenue. Go see many of the african countries that have off shore oil. At least you wont have a disadvantage with fish. What do know about drilling offshore oil. We need roads, schools, hospitals and jobs for the people. For this to be done we need to tap into our resources. Oil and gas are a good option. Seismic surveys have shown that we have it and inshallah a lot of it.

Jubbaland is the only state confirmed since its next to neighboring Lamu basin which 100% confirmed oil reserves, I hope for the rest of the states. Puntland also had a survey done, this is just showing the license round.
