How else do you think he gets weapons and funding to support the Shabaab offensive. Or get trade deals with foreign countries. All the countries he’s visited so far have an importance to our security or economy, most both.

On this specific trip it’s very important he also tries to fix the Qatar relationship. If he can get Fahad Yasin’s funds cut off this would be good for Somali politics. As well as finding a way to have good relations with both UAE and Qatar so we aren’t always suffering from a power struggle between the two. Qatar would be a good partner to invest in natural gas, they wanted the blocks that we’ve regained from Kenya.

You should focus on why Madoobe spends half the year on vacations to UAE that have nothing to do with government business unlike HSM

So will Hirshabelle and Galmudug. JL and KG haven't shown any willingness to fight shabab so far so I'm assuming most of this will go to danab and SNA in HS and GM who have liberated most of their land except a few districts in cooperation with their drones.

Unfortunately it seems like JL and KG ‘darawish’ have no offensive capabilities. Completely reliant on FGS (majority hawiye) forces. I do not support wasting our troops helping them.

We should instead liberate hawiye areas of JL and support the clans there.

This is not an equal relationship. Madoobe is desperate for HSM’s support for re-election. He can’t demand anything. With LG on the way out, Madoobe will have to stick very close to Kenya.

It’s been 10 years yet parts of Muqdisho neighborhoods are a no go zone. A city where Al- Shabab can kill at random and are better at enforcing law than the central government. Just recently they’ve claimed to have killed Ciyaal weero ring leaders.

Hawiye took all the slots in NISA despite that security hasn’t improved much either. I wouldn’t be surprised to see you folks blaming Darood for the lack of security because that’s all you do. You want to take the whole cake but refuse responsibility for your own failures.

The SNA division is headed by Ogaden generals. They come under Jubaland security system and receive wages from Jubaland. The FGS only claims them by name. The FGS in over 6 years hasn’t even supplied this division with bullets nor uniform leaving Jubbaland to fill in the vacuum.

There have been hawlgallo in Badhaadhe district but there is zero media that reports from that district. Most of Ugus have taken their manpower to Jilib so there is very little resistance in the district. Soon when the real fighting begins you guys will see the truth
