Why not though. The population of D&M & Bantus living in Puntland is huge and growing. They have businesses and pay tax like any other citizens in puntland. This should give them the right to be represented and their voices heard. That is true federalism and democracy.

That was a long time ago when Somalia was just in the post colonial era where tribalism was a bit less due to Somalis being kinda new to each other and nationalism was at its peak as well as all of Somalia's government institutions being located in the south. But those days are long gone. It best for everyone to stay in their own maamul. By the way, you guys seem to me like the Somali version of Oromo. You come in to other regions as masakins only to buy time till your population becomes big enough then you strike those who welcomed you.
