The simple reason Dhulbahante cant join PL is because they have an huge superiority complex towards Migiurtiniya province residents. They cant imagine being incorporated into that province and being subordinate to MJ.

DhulHante would rather accept democracy under JSL, despite clashing with Isaaq more than any other clan, rather than accept becoming subjects of the unelected PL oligarchy

It has more to do with Puntland receiving funds under the name gobolka Sool while giving us only a mere 17 seats in the Puntland parliament and not bothering to develop Laascaanood or Buuhoodle at all from ‘98 to 2007. We never got our piece of the pie but they expect us to be loyal to a “Harti state” that’s named after a Majerteen kingdom lol
