I know siyad wasn't perfect and stiff necked but he probably was RIGHT to be stiff necked considering the outcome. 1. Philosophy u live/die for not switch whether its secular, islamist, federal, central, confederation, hybrid models like hong kong/china, capitalism, socialism those have happened or are happening in Somalia or even a 'blend' of all.
2. Firm decision maker not being scared of mistakes as u can learn from it, if its success u rejoice, but no decision means regrets/time waste
3. Vision u can see in ur 'mind' before it's implemented, working out obstacles and responses, creating road maps to your future vision state vs the current state, implementation time tables with dates-tasks completion and accountability.
4. Diplomacy to navigate thru politicians working out all their weaknesses if its personal, regional, philosophical, etc
5. Charisma with the public so they believe in u like Farmajo, u study wat caused that to happen and craft it in ur game plan
6. Surrounding yourself with competent team to achieve ur vision
7. Legacy goal of POSITIVE contributions and do not 'waste' time ur limited to 5 years, don't ruin ur name or ur future kids lives and their kids or possibly clan thru careless negative legacy.
